Bingo.

There is only so much server space and it's reserved for those who need it, not those who want a backup or secondary site. 

If you have your own site and you host it there (or on someone else's site) then you really don't need it to be hosted here.  I won't double host.  If I find out you have it somewhere else, it's gone from here. 

I won't even warn you about it I'll just delete it.
